Gaming Performance - 2:
In CrossFire mode, the Foxconn 975X7AA was four frames per second slower than both the DFI LANParty UT CFX3200-DR and the ASUS A8R-MVP motherboards, but it performed as expected in single card mode.
Again, the Foxconn board was slower than the competing AMD solutions in CrossFire mode, but held up well with a single GeForce 7900 GT installed. The deficit in dual card mode was roughly 23%.
The 975X7AA was 20% slower than both the CFX3200-DR and the A8R-MVP in dual card mode, but single card performance was pretty good and comparable across both AMD and Intel motherboards.
